Under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the goods and return them to us in the same condition they were received for a full refund minus postage and packaging. After this period, we must insist that no refunds or exchanges are made on the basis of colour - we offer a free sample service for our rubber flooring for this reason. Should there be a problem with the rubber flooring, tablemats or coasters, please contact us before sending the item back as we cannot take responsibility for items returned to us without a reason. Items which have been returned for a valid reason will be refunded or exchanged but any postage paid both for returning the items will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
